DryOut Inc provides water damage restoration services in Florida, including emergency water extraction, structural drying, flood cleanup and related repairs. Service availability varies by ZIP code, as shown on our city pages.
Estimates
Inspections are free. Price ranges given before work begins are estimates based on visible conditions. Hidden damage discovered during the work may change the scope; we will explain any change and get your approval before proceeding with additional billable work.
No guarantees of insurance coverage
We document damage and communicate with adjusters to support your claim, but we cannot guarantee that any claim will be approved or paid. Coverage decisions rest solely with your insurer.
Response times
Our 60-minute arrival is a target for core service areas, not a guarantee. Weather, traffic and demand may affect arrival times; dispatch gives you a realistic ETA on every call.
Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by Florida law, our liability for services is limited to the amount you paid for the services giving rise to the claim. We are licensed and insured for the work we perform.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
